About Our Team

 Raleigh Running Collective was founded by three coaches who shared a simple yet powerful vision: to bring the energy, structure, and camaraderie of group training to adult runners in the Raleigh area. We saw a gap in our community—few options for early morning training, limited access to tracks, and virtually no adult teams focused on shared race goals or team-based racing opportunities (yes, those exist—and they’re awesome!).

We came together to change that. What started as a small group of passionate runners we want to grow into a vibrant collective where athletes of all skill levels train with purpose, connect with others, and chase their goals as a team.

Our mission is to provide a supportive and inspiring environment where adults can not only enhance their running performance but also rediscover the joy of training with others. Whether you’re aiming for a new PR, training for a marathon, or simply looking for a consistent, structured workout, we’ve created the space—and the support—to help you thrive.

With access to early morning track workouts, personalized coaching, goal-oriented training plans, and unique opportunities to race as a team, we offer something rare and powerful: community-driven progress.coaching, and opportunities for social engagement.
